Purdy Contracts Limited, part of Kinovo Plc, have opportunities for a Contract Administrator to join their team located at Head Office Mott Street, E4 7RW.
This role will support your Contract Manager, responsible for teams of tradespeople working on service, repair and planned works Contracts within the Social Housing and Local Authority sector. Previous work within a similar environment a distinct advantage.
You should have excellent IT skills, a confident telephone manner, able to accurately input data and keep our internal AccuServ system up to date with live jobs (full training will be provided). Working closely with our Call Analyst team in Romford, you'll assist in dealing with incoming emergency calls from residents and clients, scheduling works for our Engineers and prioritise appointments as they occur throughout the evolving working day.
